LG is ahead of the pack with a new flag ship LED TV for 2012. It is a "Nano Full LED" with the new Cinema Screen design. The Smart TV also features an all-new voice recognition system and gesture control and TruMotion which is rated at 480Hz. The TV is available in 47”, 55” and 84” sizes. We at Digital Generation think the LM9600 is one of the best TVs ever made. LG came out of left field with the super sleek, 5mm bezel and modern looking TV stand finished in chrome. The TV itself is less than 1" thick!
Panasonic's WT50
The WT50 is Panasonic’s flagship LCD HDTV model coming in a 47 inch screen size and 55 inch screen size. Both these two models come with Full HD 3D resolution, IPS LED LCD panel and 1920 backlight scanning in order to eliminate motion blur. The WT50 is made for high performance at a reasonable price. The design is excellent with a narrow metal frame and a bezel measuring only 10mm. To top it off, there’s the Crescent Stand which looks great. Panasonic has also incorporated 2D-to-3D conversion with their TVs and 8-train speakers for superior audio quality.Included is the Smart Viera platform which turns any LCD TV into a Smart TV. You get immediate access to online services like Netflix.
